At My cloud Space, it's our passion to ensure highest quality of services and customer satisfaction. However, at times even the best of our efforts won’t meet your expectations, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service, you may cancel it within 14 days of purchase date for a refund as per the terms of the Refund Policy.

If you cancel within 14 days you receive a full refund, less taxes paid, only on the cloud space particles that you have bought. The money-back guarantee does not apply to most add-on products, such as domains, given the unique nature of their costs.

Any amount credited by MyCloudSpace or our affiliates to you under the AMP agreement will be deducted from therefund amount , and your benefits under the AMP agreement will be cancelled immediately on receipt of your refund request.

MyCloudSpace does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 14 days.

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your order by writing an email to our customer service department from your registered email address.

You must clearly state:
Your intention to cancel your order immediately.

The unique identification number assigned to your order (mentioned in the invoice) Confirmation that you have removed your files and data from the hosting space.

Your request to cancel the order will be processed within 7 working days and the refund amount will be credited to the registered bank account.

Please ensure that you remove all your data and files from the hosting space as the same can not be recovered after your order is cancelled.
